Application forms are to be filled in and submitted to the Administrative Office within 3 working days from issue of the form.

There will be a PLP [Present Level of Performance] test for the students to get admission. However this is not meant for selection of the candidates but to plan the support for the children well in advance

At the time of registration, the following documents are to be submitted to the Administrative Office:

• Duly filled and signed Registration Forms.
• 2 passport size color photographs of the child.
• Proof of Date of Birth (Issued by Municipal Corporation or any authorized competent authority).
• Submit the Transport Form (If School Transport needs to be availed).
• Photocopy of the present school final exam report card of previous class.
• INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION FORMS WILL BE REJECTED.

• Issue of registration forms 2nd January onwards 9.30am to 4.00pm.
